2 – Project description and objectives

3 – Services requested

  • 3D histology (transparency, imaging, data analysis)  :
    • Nature of tissue, approximate size, and number of samples
    • Immunohistochemistry - Specify the type of labeling expected
    • Clarification - Specify the number of samples if possible
    • Expansion
    • Light-sheet (MesoSPIM) - Specify the number of samples and fluorophores
    • Image analysis - Specify the type of analysis expected: 3D visualization, segmentation, quantification, figure for publications, etc.

4 – Data management

The data produced is stored by the platform for 6 months before being deleted.
We will provide you with the technical metadata and encourage you to establish your own data management plan.

5 – Timeframe

Depending on the services envisaged, the project completion deadlines will be set in agreement with the applicant.

6 – Ownership of results and publications

The results are the exclusive property of the user.

When work requiring expertise or a substantial contribution to the research (other than simply supplying animals) is carried out, scientists leading projects are asked to include platform staff (one or more, depending on the importance of the work for the publication) among the authors. The IERP-EMERG'IN infrastructure is not currently cited in the authors' affiliations but has a DOI doi.org/10.15454/1.5572427140471238E12 which is used to identify it digitally.

The work carried out by the platform is acknowledged in the promotional materials (publications, oral and poster presentations). In publications, the applicant will acknowledge the platform as follows: We acknowledge the staff of the INRAE Infectiology of Fishes and Rodents Facility (IERP-UE907, Jouy-en-Josas Research Center, France doi.org/10.15454/1.5572427140471238E12) in which animal experiments and phenotyping have been performed. IERP Facility belongs to the National Distributed Research Infrastructure for the Control of Animal and Zoonotic Emerging Infectious Diseases through In Vivo Investigation (EMERG’IN DOI: doi.org/10.15454/90CK-Y371). A copy of the publication's PDF will be sent to contact.ierp@inrae.fr

The results produced are essential to the article, and the individuals from the platform who contributed to the work are included in the list of authors of the publication with their affiliation, INRAE, IERP, Université Paris-Saclay, 78350 Jouy-en-Josas, France.

7 – Quotes and invoicing

Once the platform has drawn up the project sheet, a quote is sent to the applicant for approval. Please send the purchase order before the start of your service to dimitri.rigaudeau@inrae.fr and christelle.langevin@inrae.fr for invoicing at the end of the service.
